I’m excited to share the latest episode of our Partners in the Gospel podcast! In this conversation, I sit down with Segun Oladokun, pastor of The King’s Church, Epsom, and a key leader within Commission.
Segun has been in church leadership for over twenty years. Originally from Nigeria, he carries a powerful gift in prophetic preaching and teaching, and his current focus is on recapturing the Great Commission through intentional discipleship.
Leading Together in London
Segun and I have the joy of partnering through Commission to lead the London Hub alongside Mark Waterfield, Founding Pastor of Hope Church Newham. Together, we’re equipping pastors, church planters, and leaders to build healthy, multiplying churches across one of the most diverse and strategic cities in the world.
Segun is married to Linda, a maths teacher with a big heart for children and young people. They live in Epsom with their daughter, Demi, and their son, Ayanfe, who is studying at Bristol University.
How You Can Pray for Story Church
As you listen to the episode, would you also take a moment to pray for us at Story Church London in this season of growth and change? Here are a few specific ways you can be praying:
That God would provide a new venue for our Sunday morning gatherings—and the financial support needed to rent that space.
For the new teammates arriving soon to join us in the work of planting and building.
For our faithful core team, that we would be strengthened and encouraged as we grow together.
For increased financial provision for our family so that we can continue to serve well here in London.
Thank you so much for your prayers and encouragement. It truly means the world to us.
Let’s keep pressing forward together to see the gospel reach the nations.
Grace and peace,
